Unlike common disposable aerosol can self-defense products, the ASP Defender is a carefully designed spray device that uses a dedicated, replaceable OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) insert. These inserts are precision machined from aircraft aluminum and solid brass and feature a specially produced valve system and patented mechanism design and O -ring sealing.
Our " Heat " formula features maximum strength, law enforcement-grade OC : 10% capsicum oleoresin, 1.33% concentration capsaicin, and 2 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) .
You can also order an additional test insert, which contains a harmless inert aerosol to practice using ASP Defender .
