Questions related to member registration
It is very simple to register as a member on the STEEL SHOP Taiwan official website~
Mainly divided into 2 procedures:
1. Register basic information first: Just fill in [name], [email] and [password (for login)], and you will have your membership number and basic information.
2. The successful registration screen will jump to the homepage of the website. At this time, it is recommended that you complete Part 2 first. Click the [Head] icon in the upper right corner, and you will see that your personal account page is empty. At this time, look to the right and see [Main Address] and [Management] below. Then click [Manage] to go to [Edit] your shipping address and save it.
Registration here is completely completed. After that, you only need to log in to your personal account on the website first, and then you will be able to make purchases, and it will be very smooth ~
To prevent the leakage of your personal information, please be sure to set up a mechanism to clear website cookies. Set it to delete cookies when you close the browser.
Take Google Chrome as an example:
- Open Chrome and click [More] or the [...] 3-dot icon in the upper right corner
- Click [Settings]>click [three] on the upper left
- Click [Privacy & Security]
- Click [Website Settings]>[Other Content Settings]>[Website Device Data]
- Select [Delete the data stored by the website on the device after all windows are closed]. If this will cause inconvenience for you to surf the Internet, you can skip this step and set the next one.
- Find [Delete website data on device automatically after Chrome is closed] and click [Add]
- Enter [pts-steelshop.com.tw] in the pop-up dialog box, and then click [Add] to return to the original screen.
- After the settings are completed, you can close the window or browse the website! Be sure to [log out] of your personal account before leaving.
From now until the end of December 2012, just purchase over $800 and subscribe to the newsletter. You can upgrade to a VIP member without exception.
Once the above tasks are completed, the website administrator will confirm that payment collection and shipment are correct within 2-3 working days, and then change your account to VIP level. When you log in to the website to shop, discounts will automatically appear in your shopping cart~
After December 31, 2020, VIP qualifications will be restored to the original settings, that is, those who spend more than NT$8,000 in a single transaction can obtain VIP qualifications.

Shopping cart and checkout related issues
Please note that in the lower left corner of the order, there is a text field area named [Add Order Notes]. There is light gray explanatory text in this area. Write your company's complete name and unified number in this area. After pressing the [Checkout] button, the PTS staff will see your company's unified information and will Issue a triple invoice and pay it to you at any time!
In addition, the data in this field will not be displayed on the checkout page, but will be directly stored in the order content, so don’t worry~
1. It is recommended to log in to your account before checking out.
2. If you choose [Home Delivery]/[Express Delivery], please confirm the shipping address again. If it is not the address you want to ship to, you can use [+ Use another address] below to add an address.
Field [Company Name]: It is optional. If you need a triple invoice, please fill in the company's unified number in this field.
Field [City/District]: Please fill in the city and district information, such as: Sanchong District, New Taipei City
Field [Address]: Please fill in the name of the road/street, section, lane, lane, house number, floor and other information.
Field [Postal Code]: Please fill in the postal code in 3+3 format whenever possible.
1. It is recommended to log in to your account before checking out. The payment methods on the website include: credit card (VISA/MASTER/JBC), supermarket pickup payment (7-11 and FamilyMart), digital payment (APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY)
2. If you want to use APPLE Pay or Google Pay, please select [Credit Card Payment] first. After jumping to the bank credit card screen, the system will automatically determine which payment options can be used.
If the mobile phone or computer you are using has a credit card bound to it, and the device you are using is a Mac or iOS system, and you are using the Safari browser, Apple Pay will be displayed.
If you use Windows or Android systems, there will be credit card and Google Pay options.
However, if Apple Pay is not bound to your Mac/iOS and you happen to log in to Safari/Chrome with a Google account, the system will determine whether to use Google Pay or a credit card.
Don't worry at this time. Please look at the upper right corner of the checkout page. There is a [Shopping Bag] icon. Move your mouse over and click on it. It will take you back to the shopping cart. You can modify your shopping cart. Information such as content and shipping methods.
Or click on the PTS orange LOGO in the upper left corner to take you back to the homepage, so you can continue shopping~
Don't worry at this time, if you log in to your personal account, the items in your shopping cart will not disappear. After logging in, you can see that the items that have not been checked out before are still there. You can log out first, and then you can use the information in [Contact Us] on the page to contact PTS staff during working hours. We will try our best to help you solve the problems in website shopping~

Issues related to transportation and logistics
STEEL SHOP Taiwan's official website is currently mainly operating in Taiwan, so ordering and shipping services to other countries are not available for the time being.
The sales scope currently covers the main island of Taiwan and areas such as Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, Orchid Island, and Xiaoliuqiu. Some goods may not be suitable for shipping to outer islands. If you want to order from outer island areas, please first ask whether the local customs accepts the import of goods. Once a return occurs, it may cause serious consequences such as loss of shipping costs or even confiscation of the goods, so please be careful!
- Logistics operators mainly include FamilyMart, 7-11 supermarket pick-up and payment, and Black Cat Delivery
- Items are mainly transported at room temperature.
- The container is limited to 20 kilograms, and the three sides of the perimeter are 60 cm to 150 cm. The charges are different. The website currently charges the lowest rate, which is 130 yuan for home delivery per box, and 70 yuan for delivery from the supermarket to the store.
- If the items you order need to be divided into more than 2 boxes, we will contact you as a customer and inform you of the additional shipping costs. Only after you agree to pay can we prepare for shipment.
- Orders picked up at supermarkets cannot exceed 20,000 yuan, while for Black Cat, the upper limit is 50,000 yuan.
- Some products with special specifications or for military and police use are set so that they can only be packed and shipped in a single box. In this case, please place separate orders. You can checkout smoothly.
- Products whose volume, weight or value exceed the regulations of supermarkets and Black Cat Home Delivery will be shipped according to special regulations of China Post. The freight will be quoted separately and you will have to pay it actually.
- In the first item on the checkout page [Please select a shipping method], select the first [Home Delivery/Superstore Pickup] option
- Confirm your shipping address. If you have logged in to your personal account in advance, your address information will be entered here. Otherwise, you will need to fill in your address information.
- According to your address, you can scroll down in the [Shipping Method] item, and there will be 2 names of supermarkets nearest to the address and 1 home delivery option. Here, choose whether you want [home delivery] or [store delivery] -Supermarket pickup]
- The above completes the settings of [Superstore Pickup] or [Home Delivery]
- Among the [Payment] items, the first one is [Credit Card Payment], and the second one is [Supermarket Pickup Payment]. Click the second one and you can set it to [Supermarket pickup and payment].
If you want to use the "self-pickup" shipping method, please click the second item [self-pickup] in [Shipping Method]
Things to note here:
1. It is recommended to log in to your account before checking out, so that the address information can be entered into the field for you in advance, which is more convenient.
2. Please confirm that the pickup location is No. 519-1, Section 2, Nanshan Road, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City.
3. After completing the online order and payment, you will be notified by phone of the time and date of pickup within 1-2 working days.
4. Just go to the display center to pick up the goods according to the time and date.

Once shipped normally, you will receive 2 emails for each order, one of which is an email with tracking code information.
- Log in to your email box and find the email sent to you by STEEL SHOP Taiwan. There is a letter with [Shipping Information for Order Number #TXXXX] written in the subject line and open it.
- You will see [Tracking Number] and [Visit our store] in the content, click [Tracking Number]
- The web page will display information about the current location of your goods. If you use a 7-11 supermarket to pick up the goods, the information on the logistics page of the supermarket's official website will be displayed. The same is true for Black Cat and FamilyMart!
- After entering the website, click [Chat] in the lower right corner
- If you are in the chat room window after opening, please click the return arrow above.
- Click [Track My Order], then click [Enter Order Information] when looking down.
- Fill in your [Order Number] and [E-mail] and click [Send]
- [Link URL] will appear in the chat window and the current status will be displayed as [shipped] or [not yet shipped]
- You can also click [Link URL] and after logging in, you will see the complete order details.
Note: You can also directly log in to your personal account on the website. All order information will be displayed on the personal account page, and you can click on it in order to view it.
