The BEV Block (Barrel Extension Vise) is an all-purpose, compact fixture for AR15/M4 assembly operations, including barrel nuts, flashers, etc. It mounts securely to a workbench and provides support for the aluminum upper receiver. It uses solid steel hooks and a full-length support shank to secure the barrel extension and prevent bending. The hardness of the steel is optimized for durability without damaging the barrel extension, while all other contact surfaces use Magpul Polymer to protect the aluminum upper receiver. The O-ring post uses a screw bolt for extra stability and includes a Pin that secures the upper receiver.
The BEV can also be flipped over and used as a magazine well clamp block to support the lower receiver during maintenance etc.
