HSGI Padded Belt Sizing & Fit Guide

For a professional tactical setup, the fit of your padded belt is determined by your Actual Waist Measurement and the Front Gap you desire for accessory mounting.

📏 How to Choose Your Size

Actual Measurement: Put on your daily belt and typical gear. Use a measuring tape to find your actual waist circumference. Do NOT use your pant size.
Determine the Front Gap: We recommend a 2" to 4" gap at the front. This provides clearance for movement and allows extra space for front-mounted MOLLE modules.
The Calculation: Subtract your desired gap from your actual waist measurement. Choose the size closest to this length.

🌀 Neoprene Padding: Features specialized neoprene lining that provides a soft, "gel-like" cushion against the body. This material offers an industry-leading grip that prevents the belt from shifting, even under heavy loads.
