FAST Aimpoint Comp Optics Mount

The FAST Series is a line of optical mounts and platforms that provide users with a faster field of view than standard height mounts. The optical centerline height of 2.26 inches makes it easier for users to quickly aim at the net sight when wearing electronic earmuffs/communication headsets, night vision goggles and gas masks. It also promotes keeping the head straight, allowing for faster targeting. Processing battlefield visual information. A straight head position also helps the user maintain a neutral spine position, making helmets, plate armor, and other heavy equipment more comfortable to wear.

The FAST Comp Series mount places the optical centerline of a standard-size Aimpoint Comp scope 2.26 inches above the weapon rail. This is the perfect mounting bracket for the standard US Army M68 CCO scope. It also accepts Aimpoint's 30mm top ring-mounted legacy Comp and Comp-style scopes, such as the Patrol Rifle Scope (PRO) and the Aimpoint Carbine Scope (ACO).

The FAST Comp Series brackets come with standard rail retaining clips, but are also designed to easily accept drop-in FAST QD levers (sold separately). This mounting option will provide quick removal functionality.
