The Unity Tactical Platform Adapter was developed to meet the needs of Special Operations Forces who wanted to attach the USSOCOM contracted Ops-Core® AMP tactical headset to non-ARC Railed helmet platforms. The platform adapter will convert the AMP helmet arm to interface with Team Wendy® EXFIL (1-3.0) rails as well as M-LOK rails used by manufacturers such as MTEK® and Hard Head Veterans®.
The innovative AMP helmet arm attaches to the rear track, suspending the headset forward over the operator's ears rather than the traditional top-to-bottom attachment. This frees up top rails for other mission-critical gear such as lights and cameras. However, factory OEM configurations can only interface with true Ops-Core® ARC tracks; until now. Retrofit installation of the Platform Adapter takes just minutes and brings the same strength and performance to some other popular tactical helmets without the loss of functionality.
Now you can run Ops-Core AMP, the industry-leading modular tactical communications headset, on a Team Wendy®, MTEK® or HHV® helmet you already own or issue. The platform adapter is molded in the USA using the same reinforced polymer as Ops-Core OEM parts.
