The TFSS-5326 (Tactical Flotation Support System™) is a tactical inflatable flotation aid developed by PECI Flotation, L.L.C., specifically designed for special operations personnel, combat divers, and maritime airborne mission requirements.

The system provides additional buoyancy without interfering with equipment configuration, assisting users in carrying heavy loads during waterborne infiltration, maritime operations, vessel boarding, and emergency egress missions. It is also compatible with HABD (Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Device) to support underwater egress from submerged vehicles or aircraft.

Operation

Bladder Deployment

Pulling the activation handle triggers the following sequence:

1. Release of GLP locking system
2. Opening of the storage pouch
3. Activation of the CO₂ inflation mechanism
4. Automatic inflation of the bladders

Backup Inflation

If the CO₂ system is inoperable:

• Depress the Oralock valve
• Manually inflate via the oral tube

Deflation Procedure

• Depress the Oralock valve
• Exhaust gas through the oral tube
• System is ready for reset after replacing the CO₂ cylinder
