The 3AC Cobra Quick-Release Buckle Kit converts the Velcro® attachment at the front of the 3AC side girdle into a quick-release buckle for easy on and off between the front of the side girdle and the belly guard of the tactical vest. This allows the user to keep the front cover down and secure while donning and doffing the vest without having to lift the front cover. MOLLE compatible bags can still be installed directly on the side buckle mounts of the side girdle. The 3AC Cobra quick release buckle kit does not require any modification when installed on the 3" Assault side girdle and is fully recoverable (reversible).
