COG shoulder bag

The Covert Operations Gear (COG) Low-Profile EDC Bag is a dual ambidextrous modular carry system that includes two interchangeable Velcro felt EDC panel bags that fit onto the main body of the EDC bag. The low-profile design allows it to hang comfortably on the back even when loaded with weapons, and displays minimal product logos on the back of the bag. Alternatively, you can swivel the bag to the front of your body for full access to its contents while sitting in the car.

These two EDC panel bags are suitable for a variety of applications:
The EDC Poket Panel Pouch is an open-top pocket that comes in a variety of widths, ideal for holding small items such as pens, knives, flashlights, notepads, multi-tools and medical/IFAK items. This panel bag also has two zippered compartments, the smaller of which has an attached HK style hook that can be used to attach keys and/or electronic key fobs. The larger zippered compartment is lined with soft foam and designed to accommodate many popular tablets. An iPad mini can be placed in the pocket and zipped up; a full-size iPad can also be placed in the pocket, but the zipper must remain open.

The EDC weapon panel bag is lined with devil felt (female) and has a moderate capacity to accommodate a variety of pistols, from sub-compact to full-size pistols with or without a weapon light. The EDC Weapons Panel Pouch is ambidextrous, features ambidextrous zipper openings, compartments accessible from either side, and comes with Velcro (female) for the user to properly fit a Velcro (male) holster. Proven leather and Kydex holsters are generally compatible. The user can glue the Velcro side of the holster on one side (not included in the product) to secure the holster in the weapon compartment. The EDC Weapon Panel Pouch also features its own external zippered pocket and a row of MOLLEs that can be used to attach more different gear or tourniquets.

Because of its ambidextrous design, this carrier can be switched to left or right shoulder carry, and the straps are adjustable in length to fit most people, from small to large. MOLLE with Bartack-reinforced stitching and matching colors runs along the length of the shoulder strap, allowing the user to organize communications cables, battery cable packs, and more. The sling also includes a double-flap pocket made of sewn woven twill that accommodates most smartphones and tourniquets.

The main body of this Low-Profile EDC bag has a lid with a hidden exterior zip pocket. Perhaps the most unique feature are the two magnetic Fidlock clasps on the main lid. To open the magnetic Fidlock clasp, simply separate the upper and lower halves. When the upper and lower halves of the magnetic Fidlock clasp approach each other, the two halves automatically snap together to close the lid.

DEVIL FELT SUPPORTS WEAPON PLATFORM: EDC Weapon Panel Pouches are sized to accommodate a variety of handguns, from compact to full-size pistols with or without a gunlight mounted. The EDC Weapon Panel Pouch features left and right-hand zipper openings with compartment access from either side and is lined with Velcro (female) for the user to install a proper Velcro (male) braced holster. It is not recommended to carry the weapon in the EDC Weapon Panel Pouch without a holster. Leaving a firearm haphazardly in any bag compartment may leave the firearm in an unpredictable and unsafe condition/location. Proven leather and Kydex holsters generally work well. Adhere the Velcro side of the holster (not included) to one side of the holster and secure the holster inside the EDC Weapon Panel Pocket Compartment. Perform a draw test with an unloaded weapon to ensure that draw and holster operations are smooth and safe. Practice with the holster in this configuration and become familiar with the procedure.

Never forget safety rules for handling firearms:
*Treat all firearms as loaded and know the condition of your firearm; keep your finger on the trigger before preparing to fire; always point your muzzle in a safe direction; only point your muzzle where you want to Shoot at something, and determine your target and its background before firing, and avoid shooting at people or living things to avoid accidental injuries.
*When drawing or holstering your firearm, please be aware and be sure to follow the firearm handling safety rules above, especially by not placing your finger on the trigger until just before you are ready to fire. Always be careful about the direction your muzzle is pointed when drawing and holstering your firearm. Always be aware of the state of storage of your firearm when engaging in strenuous physical activity, as a firearm falling out of a bag can result in accidental discharge.
*During use of this COG Low-Profile EDC bag with any holster, the user is responsible for personal inspection during the useful life of the bag to ensure holster fit and retention. This should be done every time the bag is used. If any bag, holster or accessory becomes worn, loose or ill-fitting due to age, you should discontinue use immediately.
