New version - FAST COG series mirror mount

FAST™ is a series of optical mounts and platforms that provide end users with faster aiming images than standard height mounts. It provides faster/easier crosshair acquisition when wearing armor, electronic earbuds/communications headsets, night vision goggles, and gas masks, while enabling faster battlefield visual processing by promoting a raised head posture. The head-raised position also helps users maintain a neutral spine posture, which is more comfortable when wearing heavy gear.

The FAST™ COG Series Mount was developed for universal acceptance of the Trijicon Combat Optical Gunsight's two-screw and three-screw interfaces. It covers the ACOG and VCOG series of scopes, placing the optical centerline 2.05 inches above the rail. These scopes are widely used by military and law enforcement agencies who often wear bulletproof vests, helmets, headsets, and gas masks. This type of rig makes obtaining a sighting image quickly a challenge when mounted using the factory's absolute common sight height. The additional height of the FAST COG Series installation greatly improves threat response speed and accuracy while wearing the equipment.

It also features a FAST™ offset accessory mounting interface. The front and rear interface allows the user to select the desired position at which they offset the Micro Red Dot Sight (MRDS). Since ACOG and VCOG have fixed magnification, these types of scopes are often paired with them. The FAST Offset Accessory Kit is a series of modular parts that allow users to select their preferred MRDS and place it 2.05 inches above the rail at a 35-degree angle. This mounting position facilitates a quick transition.

FAST™ COG Series installations feature standard rail clips with three star bolts.

FAST™ COG Series mounts are constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard anodized finish and are available in black or FDE* colors.
