PTS Steel Shop Taiwan (herein referred to as "PTS Taiwan") provides access to and browsing of www.PTS-SteelShop.com.tw (herein referred to as the "Service"). The Service may be accessed and used subject to these Terms and Conditions. By registering and becoming a member or otherwise using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein and by accepting all existing and future services applicable to content provided as part of the Service.
PTS Taiwan reserves the right to change or modify any and all terms and conditions applicable to the Service. It is the user's responsibility to understand all terms and conditions. User assumes all responsibility related to account access and any other actions requiring the use of a Member Account.
Service members agree to the following rules:
  1. Members will immediately notify PTS Steel Shop Taiwan upon discovering that their member account login information has been compromised.
  2. After each logout, this service will immediately stop providing access rights and services related to the member account.
  3. PTS Steel Shop Taiwan is not responsible if the account and password are stolen or improperly used by the user or a third party. Unless it is proven that the cause was caused by PTS Taiwan , all damages that occur will be the responsibility of the user.

User agrees to all of the following rules:
  1. All transactions conducted within PTS Steel Shop Taiwan will be in Taiwan dollars. Users also agree to receive electronic communications for each transaction conducted with PTS Taiwan .
